Villa Amanda is spacious, cool in the heat of the summer and furnished to an exceptionally high standard - all you would expect of a luxury villa on a high-class development. It also has its own heated private swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.4 meters.

There are three bedrooms sleeping six adults. The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished with an integral double wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinets, lamps and super king-size bed (twin beds available if required). Mosquito nets have recently been fitted to all the bedroom windows and the kitchen window. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet, two hand basins set in marble with integral cupboard storage beneath. The other two twin-bedded rooms match in colours and style and the shared family bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

The kitchen is well equipped and fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and microwave oven.

The lounge/dining room is cool, comfortable and spacious. A large extending dining table accommodates six comfortably, as do the settees. There is satellite television, a DVD and a CD player, together with a selection of CDs, DVDs, books and games. Double patio doors lead out onto the large sun terrace with an abundance of palms and weeping figs in large planters. There is a Canarian-style barbeque, sun loungers around the pool and a wooden dining table and chairs-perfect for al fresco dining.

The garden has been planted with a variety of exotic palms, cacti, geraniums and bougainvillea. Exterior stairs to the side of the villa lead up to a large roof-top solarium, ideal for private sunbathing. It is perfect for guests wishing to ensure an all-over sun tan by the time they go home! There are spectacular views over the golf course to the sea and the mountains in front of the villa.
